Frank Ray had a hip replacement on February 17, 2009 and is doing well. He is looking forward to performing starting in June.

Frank Ray inducted into The Old Time Music Hall of Fame!
Cedar Hill's Frank Ray was inducted into America's Old-Time Country Music Hall of Fame in Lemars, IA on August 30, 2008, and their Poverty Row CD was named Traditional Bluegrass CD of the Year by Rural Roots Music Commission.
Cedar Hill has undergone re-organization and is proud to re-unite Ferrell Stowe on resonator guitar, Jimmy Bunch on banjo and Frank Ray on mandolin. They announce the addition of dynamic lead vocalist Britt McGarity on guitar and songwriter/vocalist Bradford Lee Folk on bass, formerly of Open Road and Mark Vaccaro from Bonne Terre, Mo on fiddle. The band will emphasize original material while keeping the tradition of bluegrass music alive.
